These are some of the books behind the long essay on the history of money and the other pieces I have written. Some carried me through my MBA, others I picked up out of plain curiosity, and all of them shaped how I think about money, payments and strategy. I have enjoyed every one of them, and this shelf is my way of sharing them with you; if you do pick one up, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. This is not a static page: the shelf keeps growing, and the newest arrival always sits at the front of the top row.
